The scope of core orbitals to freeze in evaluation of SAPT $E_{disp}^{(20)}$ and $E_{exch-disp}^{(20)}$ terms. Recommended true for all SAPT computations

Possible Values: FALSE, TRUE, SMALL, LARGE

Default: FALSE
